Jennifer Lustig

Instructor
Ballet
Jennifer is originally from Rochester, NY where she began her training in ballet with Mary Kay Touris. She continued her dance education at Goucher College, completing a BA in Dance with Art. This time was also supplemented by training at the summer programs of The Princeton Ballet School and Ballet Austin, as well as a semester abroad in the Dance Program at Middlesex University in London. Jennifer has performed continuously in the Boston area since 2005, primarily with Contrapose Dance, EgoArt Inc., and most recently Jo-Mé Dance. Throughout her time performing with these companies, she has had the privilege of working with a variety of choreographers including Marcus Schulkind, Gianni DeMarco, David Parker, Sydney Skybetter, Courtney Peix, Nicole Pierce, and Joe Gonzalez among others. Throughout these experiences has been a growing passion for teaching that continues to evolve. Jennifer has taught ballet, pointe and modern technique at several schools in the greater Boston area. She currently teaches in Ashland, MA where she has also served the past 4 years on the faculty of The Movement Project, a student performance company for which she was most recently named Assistant Director. Jennifer is thrilled to be joining Ballet Arts Centre of Winchester for her first year in 2016.
