Registration Policies for 2023 - 2024 Dance Year
Please be sure you are familiar with BAC's Registration Policies prior to enrolling online.
The Priority Online Registration enrollment period for returning students only will open on Friday, May 12th at 6:00 p.m. at bacw.com. We encourage all returning students to register during this time if possible, as your spot will be reserved for the Fall and it will also help us determine if we need to add any classes onto the schedule. If you do not choose to register online at this time you may do so at a later date, but keep in mind that some classes will be full. Registration will open to all on May 17th. There is a non-refundable registration fee due to reserve your spot: $40.00 per single student, $65.00 for 2 or more siblings.
Tuition payments are made in 3 Installments which will be automatically run on the due dates stated on the Tuition Schedule. Each 10-week Installment is non-refundable, and any adjustments for dropped classes will be made at the next Installment due date.
The Withdrawal Policy states that any class changes must be made in writing by signing a Withdrawal Form prior to the next Installment due date in order for a tuition adjustment to be made. Tuition is non-refundable after the Installment due date. Please be sure you have reviewed the Tuition Schedule and have marked the installment due dates.
Everyone must enter and keep a valid credit card number on file for your account. ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE ON THE INSTALLMENT DUE DATES. If you do not wish for your card to be charged, your check must be received before the Installment due date. If you do not enter a valid credit card, the online registration system will automatically drop you from all classes that evening.
The system will ONLY let you drop classes online on the day you have enrolled in the class. Any time after that, you must contact the BAC office to withdraw from any class. You can ADD classes any time.
Ballet Arts Centre of Winchester, Inc. reserves the right to switch to a virtual format if it is deemed necessary for health reasons and does not issue refunds/credits for these classes.
