for BAC Students and Families

BAC's 2021 “Spring Showcase” will take place
at the NextDoor Theater (40 Cross Street, Winchester) on Saturday, May 22nd for our younger students and on Sunday, May 23rd for our oldest three levels. (Limited allotted guests per family - see emailed information) |

Saturday, May 22nd
Creative Movement: 9:15-9:45 a.m. Saturday Pre- Primary: 10:15-10:45 a.m. Thursday Pre-Primary: 11:00-11:30 a.m. Primary: 11:45-12:15 p.m. PPJ: 12:30-1:00 p.m. Tuesday Level 2 Ballet: 1:30-2:00 p.m. Monday Level 2 Ballet: 2:00 – 2:30 p.m. Level 3 Ballet, Jazz: 2:45-3:15 p.m. Level 4: Monday Ballet/Jazz & Wednesday Ballet/Jazz: 3:30-4:15 p.m. Intermediate 1: Ballet, Jazz, Modern 1 (Int. 1 students only): 4:30-5:00 p.m. |
Sunday, May 23rd
Intermediate 2: Ballet, Jazz, Modern 1 (with Emersion Junior Company): 1:00-1:45 p.m. Intermediate 3: Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Modern 2 (with Emersion Apprentices): 2:00- 2:45 p.m. Advanced: Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Modern 3 (with Emersion Company): 3:00-3:45 p.m. |
What You Need to Know
- Students should report to the studio 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time where they will be met by a BAC Instructor, gather with their class and then be escorted to the theater (which is right next door!). PLEASE BE ON TIME as we will not be able to wait for any late comers due to the tight schedule for the day!
- Parents and guests should gather outside in front of the theater until they are escorted to their seats which will be socially distanced.
- Our theater will be seated at less than half capacity and efforts will be taken to insure proper ventilation.
- All dancers and guests MUST wear a mask both inside and outside of the building.
- The performances will be live streamed via Zoom which will allow family members who cannot attend to view. A link will be sent to each participating BAC family prior to the Showcase which may be shared with guests. Recording will be enabled so that family members can record their student from home.
- There will be no videotaping allowed in the theater during the performance time.
- Students will be free to leave with their family at the end of their performance time.
This event is free to all BAC Families as our way to thank you for your loyal support during the
past year. We look forward to seeing you all there!
