Class Description:
Looking for a fun and active way to try belly dance? Celia's intro workshop is a great way to get active, dance, and explore this wonderfully empowering art form. Celia will break down the basic movements in an engaging way, provide some upbeat combos, and get the whole group moving to an energizing playlist! She will even bring hip scarves and face jewels for everyone! Workshop length: 90 minutes. No prior belly dance experience necessary. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and are not required to show their bellies :)
