2022 Spring Performance
Information ​for BAC Students and Families

BAC's 2022 Annual Spring Performance will take place
at the NextDoor Theater
​(40 Cross Street, Winchester) on

Saturday, May 14th for our younger students
and on Sunday, May 15th for our oldest four levels.
​

What You Need To Know

Saturday Show Instructions:

  • On the day of the show, students should report to the studio (50 Cross Street) 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time where they will be met by a BAC Instructor, gather with their class and then be escorted to the theater (which is right next door at 40 Cross Street!). PLEASE BE ON TIME as we will not be able to wait for any late-comers due to the tight schedule for the day!
  • Pre-School students (Creative Movement, Pre-Primary, Primary and PPJ) should come to the studio with their costume on and hair done as instructed. Headpieces will be put on by helpers at the studio before students perform.
  • Parents and guests should go to the theater next door and will be able to take their seats.
  • Masks and Covid protocol will be determined when we get closer to the show.
  • There will be no videotaping or pictures allowed in the theater during the performance time. A professionally taped video will be available for purchase after the performances.
  • Students will be free to leave with their family at the end of their performance time.


Sunday Show Instructions:

  • Students should come with hair and make-up already done, tights on under street clothes, and bring all costumes, accessories, shoes, etc. with them to the studio. Helpers will be on hand to help with changing.
  • Parents and guests should go to the theater next door and will be able to take their seats.
  • Masks and Covid protocol will be determined as we get closer to the shows.
  • There will be no videotaping or pictures allowed in the theater during the performance time. A professionally taped video will be available for purchase after each show.
  • Students will be free to leave with their family at the end of their performance time.

Dress Rehearsal Schedule

Our youngest students will be rehearsing in the theater during their regular class time in the weeks prior to their performance. They will not need to come for any additional Dress Rehearsal time before their show.

​Tickets are now on sale through a private link that was emailed to BAC families. 
Tickets are for General Admission seating in our intimate theater, which offers a great view for all.
​Tickets are $15.00 and each family has been allotted a certain amount of tickets for their student's performance.  

Video File Ordering

Each performance will be professionally video recorded by Seven Generations and will be available for you to order. 
​Each performance is a separate file and each costs $20 per file.

You must indicate the date and time of the performance.  
Make sure you include your name, email address, and phone number.
