Performance Day Procedures
Performance Day Call Time is 12:00 p.m. for Light Angels, Polichinelles, and Soldiers.
Performance Day Call Time for all Upper Cast members is 11:00 a.m. for warm-up at the studio.
Performance Day Call Time for the Saturday 6:30 show is 5:30 p.m.
Dancers should come to the BAC Studio (50 Cross Street) for drop-off and pick-up. This is where students will change and wait until they are escorted to the Theater (40 Cross Street) for their performance time.
Everyone should come with hair and make-up already done (except for lipstick which can be applied before performance time) with proper tights on (unless tights are part of your costume), and a nude camisole leotard for older students only. Bring all proper shoes to be worn.
All dancers will stay at the BAC Studio for the entire performance where they will be supervised and escorted to the Theater for their dance.
Dancers will stay in the studio between the 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. shows and can be picked up at the end of the 3:00 p.m. show, around 4:15 p.m.
On Saturday, students may leave after the 3:00 p.m. show and should return by 5:30 p.m. for the evening performance.
Do not bring any food or drinks other than water.
