Registration Policies for 2019-2020 Dance Year


Please be sure you are familiar with BAC's Registration Policies prior to enrolling online.
 
·        You must have a valid email address on file with BAC for your account in order to register online.  To confirm or provide an email address, please contact the BAC office by phone at 781-729-8556, or by email to balletartscentre@comcast.net.  You will not be able to register online unless your account already has an email address on file. 
 
·        The Online Registration Enrollment period for returning students only will last for 5 days from Monday, May 13th at 6:00 p.m. through Friday, May 17th at 5:00 p.m.  We encourage all returning students to register during this time if possible, as your spot will be reserved for the Fall and it will also help us determine if we need to add any classes onto the schedule.  If you do not choose to register online you may do so at a later date, but keep in mind that some classes will be full. To register after the Enrollment period, you must contact the BAC office at 781-729-8556.  There is a non-refundable registration fee due to reserve your spot:  $40.00 per single student, $65.00 for 2 or more siblings.
 
·        Tuition payments are made in 3 Installments which will be automatically run on the due dates stated on the Tuition Schedule.  Each 10-week Installment is non-refundable, and any adjustments for dropped classes will be made at the next Installment due date.   If you would like to make Monthly payments instead of the three Installment payments, please contact the BAC office before September 1st (You must be enrolled in “Unlimited” – 5 or more hours per week – to be on the monthly payment plan).
 
·        The Withdrawal Policy states that any class changes must be made in writing by signing a Withdrawal Form prior to the next Installment due date in order for a tuition adjustment to be made. Tuition is non-refundable after the Installment due date.  Please be sure you have reviewed the Tuition Schedule and have marked the installment due dates.
 
·        EVERYONE must enter and keep a valid credit card number on file for your account.  ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE ON THE INSTALLMENT DUE DATES.  If you do not wish for your card to be charged, your check must be received before the Installment due date.  If you do not enter a valid credit card, the online registration system will automatically drop you from all classes that evening.
 
·        The system will ONLY let you drop classes Online on the day you have enrolled in the class.  Any time after that, you must contact the BAC office to withdraw from any class.  You can ADD classes any time during the 5-day Online Registration Enrollment.
