| Ballet Arts Centre of Winchester's
Performance Groups provide dedicated students ages 10 and up
with an opportunity to pursue their dance training at a more
serious level by offering additional classes, workshops,
master classes, and performances throughout the dance year.
Performance Group is the training "track" for BAC's
pre-professional program. Students are chosen by
audition annually, and must demonstrate a readiness in their
technical ability and acquired skill.
Performance Group students intensify their dance training by
committing to a required number of classes per week, as well
as additional classes, rehearsals, activities, and
performances that are only offered to Performance Group
members. |

BAC’s Performance Company is
the pre-professional training program for ages 13 and up.
The Company is only for those students who demonstrate a
continued dedication to their BAC dance studies, a strong
technical proficiency, and an interest in pursuing their dance
training at a college or professional level. The Company
represents BAC in performances and events throughout the dance
year. Acceptance is by audition annually and previous
ongoing participation in Performance Group is required in
order to be eligible to audition for the Company. BAC
Company members commit to a required number of classes per
week as well as additional Company classes, rehearsals,
events, and performances. |
